Job requirements:
1. At least one year of experience in e-commerce customer service, familiar with Taobao or Tmall rules and backend operating procedures;
2. Typing speed should be at least 70 per minute;
3. Proficient in using chat tools such as Qianniu and Dongdong, with certain language organization and expression skills, and strong communication skills;
4. The concept of customer first, able to always answer customers' questions with enthusiasm and patience, with strong sales awareness.
5. Passionate about e-commerce, hardworking, diligent and eager to learn, able to quickly familiarize oneself with product attributes,
6. Having strong psychological qualities and regulatory abilities, able to accept work pressure and challenges,
7. Strong adaptability, able to handle emergencies in a timely and appropriate manner.
