Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the daily live broadcast of the attendant products on Tiktok, Kwai and other platforms;
2. According to the platform requirements and based on the preferences of fans, explain the products and facilitate purchase transactions;
3. Mobilize fans' emotions, increase their stickiness, ensure the popularity of the live broadcast room, and answer fans' questions;
4. Demonstrating the company's products in live streaming and introducing the advantages of the products to customers;
5. Cooperate with the company's planning and platform activities, participate in the organization and planning of activities, and promote fan growth and stickiness.
Job requirements:
1. Vocational school degree or above, with some experience in live streaming sales;
2. Priority given to sales experience, with a sense of camera, active thinking, and the ability to flexibly capture fan preferences;
3. Quickly thinking on the spot, with affinity, strong language expression ability, and ability to control and adapt to situations;
4. Strong pressure resistance and high work coordination.
Working hours and salary benefits:
1. Live broadcast time from 09:00 am to 24:00 pm every day;
2. 5 day working hours, scheduled live streaming in different time slots, with each person broadcasting for approximately 3-5 hours per day;
3. Base salary+commission, set commission rewards based on performance, with a night shift subsidy of 50 yuan/day;
